How It Works
So, you are probably wondering how companies can afford to give away the latest games consoles for free. Well this is a basic outline of how the process works.
• First you will need to sign up to a freebie site and choose the free gift that you would like to receive (e.g. Xbox 360).
• You will then be given a unique referral which you then use to refer people.
• In order to be eligible to receive your free gift you will need to complete one of the offers (e.g. Books Direct).
• Now you will need to refer the required number of people to receive your free gift.
• Once you have got the referrals needed you need to validate your order, once completed your console will be dispatched.
• For every person that you refer the freebie site is paid a fee by the offer sponsor e.g. £45.
• So if you need to refer 11 people for an Xbox 360, the freebie site is paid 12 x £45 (including you). This works out at £540.
• The average price of an Xbox 360 is £260, this leaves £280 left which goes towards the freebie sites profits.
You are happy because you receive your Xbox 360, the freebie site is happy because they are making a healthy profit for every gift they give away and the offer sponsor is happy because they have generated interest in there company and have gained a potential new customer.
